This massage uses techniques from multiple modalities to help relieve pain and recover from injuries. These sessions focus on a targeted area to help ease pain and regain proper movement and function. Your session may include deep tissue work, trigger point therapy and use of massage tools to relieve tension and break up adhesions in the tissue.
Hot Stone Massage

Order your next massage on the rocks, hot rocks that is! This technique uses heated stones and warm oil to help relieve muscle tension and provide a deeper more relaxing massage. If you are feeling adventurous ask about the cold stones as well!
Hawaiian Sacred Lomi Lomi

Ready to be taken on a journey within? Sacred lomi lomi is an experience like no other. It combines flowing movement, breathe-work, prayer and sacred touch to create a space of unconditional love for yourself and helps you find and connect with your personal power. The breathe-work during this work is to support you in letting go of anything that no longer serves you. The movement performed during this treatment consists of long flowing rythmic strokes that is meant to mimic the ins and outs of the tide to help lull you into a deep theta state of relaxation and healing.
Aryuvedic Scalp and Facial Massage

Watch all of your stress and worries melt away with treatment inspired by ancient indian traditional medicinal practices. This treatment not only is relaxing but aids in lymphatic drainage and improves the circulation in both the face and scalp. This involves massaging of acupressure points using generous amounts of warm herbal infused oils. Can be booked as a stand alone session or an add on to any other service.

Reflexology is an alternative medicinal practice that originates from ancient Chinese and Egyptian practices. The teachings show that different aliments and pain in the body can be addressed by applying pressure to different points on the hands and feet. Each area of the foot or hand correlates with a different part of the body. Reflexology is a great alternative or for anyone who is looking for a less invasive and effective form of body work. Reflexology is typically performed without lotion and is very relaxing, it can be a stand alone treatment or can added to any service or massage.
