In one session we combine a number of different massage modalities, sound healing techniques, herbal remedies and spa treatments all specially crafted to meet you where you are at in your body and address your needs as an individual. All products are formulated for you and prepared fresh for you before your treatment. A pre appointment call may be required so that we can craft a better experience for you.
Reflexology Retreat

This 90 minute treatment combines the powers of massage and reflexology to help restore balance and energy to the body. During this treatment you will receive a full body massage and reflexology treatment a floral foot soak, minty foot scrub and moisturizing foot mask.

This 60 minute treatment is almost exactly like the full retreat but will focus on just the feet with a full reflexology session, floral foot soak, minty foot scrub and a moisturizing foot mask.
